Interim Senior HR BP - FTSE 100 - Immediate start - 12 M FTC
Interim Senior HR BP - ER focus - Immediate start - 12 M FTC - FTSE listed business
Working for a leading FTSE 100 real estate business you will join the business for a 12 month FTC.
Reporting to the Head of Employee relations, you will have generalist remit with an ER focus. In this role you will manage variety of complex ER casework as well as write and update policies and procedures to keep at the front of best practice and monitor UK legal updates. You will also be responsible for the implementation of organisation design to include redundancy, consultations, restructures and new job titles etc. You will also be responsible for providing a best in class HR service and developing market leading and future proof HR policy and process.
With excellent academics and CIPD qualified or equivalent it is essential that you can start a new role immediately and can commit to a 12 month contract working full time, with 4 days per week worked from the London office. It is essential that you have worked in a fast paced commercial environment and are happy working across strategy and operations. You will be able to demonstrate how you influence and engage at a senior level and how you have managed a range of TUPE, redundancy and restructure activity whilst keep engagement and minimising disruption within the business.
