Your new role

- Managing a varied property portfolio including commercial, operational, and community assets.
- Undertaking lease negotiations, rent reviews, and property valuations.
- Supporting strategic estate planning and contributing to asset management initiatives.
- Advising internal stakeholders on property-related matters.
What you'll need to succeed
- A degree in estates management or a related discipline.
- MRICS membership.
- Proven experience working within property and estate management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, delivering value through property assets.
