A remote interim opportunity for an experienced Reward professional with Higher Education experience
Your new company
This is an opportunity to join a higher education provider who are looking for an additional pair of hands to support them with an important project that is expected to last circa 3–6 months. Our client is open to considering this role being worked on a remote basis by an experienced Reward professional, but also has HR staff working in the office each day if you prefer office/hybrid working.
Your new role
In this project role, you will be operating as an independent contributor, reporting to the Director of People Services to deliver this work. You will be working with senior academic stakeholders and will collaborate with HRBP's and CoE team members. Details of the specific project our client would like the Interim Reward Professional to work on will be shared with candidates at screening stage to protect the confidential nature of this work.

We are looking to speak with experienced Reward professionals who have worked within Higher Education who are available for an interim role. Our client may also consider candidates who have worked with academics/consultants across the NHS to deliver this work.
