We are looking for a proactive and people-centric Reward Analyst to join our growing Reward team.
Reward & Recognition
  • Share plans administration
  • Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programmes.
  • Support the annual salary review and bonus processes, including data preparation and analysis.
  • Liaise with external providers for benchmarking and benefits administration.
  • Contribute to the development and communication of recognition initiatives.
About You
  • Experience in a Reward Analyst role ideally with shre plans administration experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Proficient in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, BambooHR) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Comfortable working with data and producing reports.
  • Knowledge of reward frameworks and benchmarking tools (e.g., Mercer, WTW) is a plus
