Interim Group Procurement Manager needed for property & FM contracts

Your new role
In this Interim Procurement Manager role, you will take Ownership of the procurement strategy and contract negotiations for Property and Facilities Management (FM), reporting to the Senior Group Procurement Manager where you’ll lead on FM retenders, manage legacy contracts from previous mergers, and drive Consolidation across an 18-site estate.
You’ll also support wider procurement initiatives across IT and marketing, and Contribute to ESG-related improvements.
This is a hands-on Role requiring end-to-end procurement expertise, particularly in FM and Property projects. You’ll be expected to manage supplier relationships, Negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry Standards. The team is collaborative, and you’ll work closely with stakeholders. Across Facilities, Legal, and Information Security.

What you'll need to succeed
To do well in this Role, you’ll need solid experience in indirect procurement, especially across Property and facilities management. If you’ve handled complex tenders, worked Through legacy contracts, or led supplier consolidation projects, that’s exactly the kind of background we’re looking for. You’ll need to be confident engaging with stakeholders and negotiating contracts, and while financial services experience is a bonus, it’s not essential.

What you'll get in return
The role offers a competitive daily rate paid via an umbrella company as the role is in-scope of IR35. You will be required on site a few days per week in Central London.
