Your new role
As a Team Manager / Operational Lead, you will have full operational responsibility for the regional delivery of both a repairs and a planned investment programme of work across your patch. This includes planned investment works, component replacements, cyclical redecoration, and major works programmes, alongside the management of customer-facing repairs and estate contract services.

You will act as the senior operational lead for your region, ensuring that performance, quality, cost control and customer satisfaction across delivery areas are high. A core part of this role is building, managing, and sustaining long-term strategic relationships with key contractors and partners to drive continuous improvement and value for money.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience leading regional housing operations, ideally within social or affordable housing.
  • A strong background in planned investment, component replacement programmes and delivery of major works.
  • Experience overseeing responsive repairs, voids, and estates services.
  • The ability to build and manage longer-term strategic partnerships both internally and externally.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
