Hays Accountancy & Finance are currently seeking an experienced Interim Management Accountant to support our client's finance team during a key reporting period.
This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional who can deliver accurate and timely management accounts and provide valuable insights to support business decisions.

Your new role

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Perform variance analysis and investigate budget discrepancies
• Support month-end close and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
• Assist with stock checks and report reconciliation variances
• Provide financial data and analysis to support operational teams
• Contribute to process improvements and reporting enhancements

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong Excel and financial systems skills
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred
• Available immediately or on short notice
