A 6-month temporary role for a HRBP with pay & reward experience in Oxfordshire
Your new role
This is an opportunity for an established HRBP with exceptional stakeholder management and stakeholder influencer skills to support our client by taking on a lead role in a crucial HR project for them within the Pay & Reward space. This is a flexible role. Our client is open to full-or part-time work and is happy to offer flexibility on hours and days worked. You will ideally be local to Oxfordshire as this is a hybrid role where you can expect to spend a few days each week in the office.
We are looking to speak to HRBP's who have supported pay & reward projects previously and have a good understanding of pay & reward, but you do not need to be an expert to be considered. More importantly is the requirement to have strong stakeholder relationship skills and to have previously worked with trade unions and handled negotiations in a sensitive and collaborative way. If you have previously supported a scientific organisation, this will be of significant interest to my client, but is not essential to be considered. You must be readily available to start in the next 4 weeks as this project must get underway in the first week of September.
If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.
