Your new role

Working as an HR Officer, you will support a small team of business partners, with HR coordination and being the first point of contact for all queries across the business. You will support HR operations, maintaining the HRIS and updating policies and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have proven experience of working as an HR Officer within a fast-paced, multi-site professional services business. You will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and demonstrate excellent communication skills with all stakeholders. You'll have solid experience of monitoring sickness/absenteeism as well as administration of family-friendly policies such as shared parental leave, maternity, paternity etc.

This role is of a 12-month duration, working 3 days per week from the London office.
