Are you a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in the education sector? We’re seeking an Interim HR Manager to help lead and shape the HR function.

About the Role
As Interim HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR strategy, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with sector-specific regulations. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to deliver people-focused solutions that support the organisations mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR operations across the organisation, ensuring best practice and legal compliance
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organisational change
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Review and update HR policies in line with education sector standards
  • Partner with leadership to drive culture, engagement, and workforce planning
About You
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager within the education sector (schools, colleges, or universities)
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and safeguarding requirements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
