An initial 3 month temporary requirement for a HR Change specialist to join a client of ours in Reading
Your new company
You will be joining a large organisation in the Reading area who are preparing for a period of significant change and require an interim HR change specialist to join their HR team for at least 3 months.
Your new role
Reporting to the Senior HR Change specialist, you will be allocated HR change programmes to deliver across the organisation alongside a team of HR change specialists. You will support employees and managers through the processes, which may include TUPE, Restructuring and Redundancy. You will be collaborating across the wider HR team, and with colleagues from legal and finance, to ensure employee experience is prioritised during the change processes and that the change is delivered to a high standard. You will also work with external parties such as unions.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for HR change experts who can turn their hand across TUPE, Restructure and Redundancy projects with strong technical knowledge of best practice processes and a proven track record of delivering these projects in a large organisation.
