Interim HR Business Partner for a 6-month period.

What you'll need to succeed

CIPD Qualified or equivalent, you will have experience working as an HR manager or HR Business Partner within banking or financial services. You'll be happy working operationally, rolling up your sleeves to complete whatever is required, as well as adopting a commercially astute mindset to articulate strategic rationale and translate into commercial impact. Track record of generalist experience covering ER and recruitment as well as reviewing and updating policies and procedures.
You'll be immediately available to start in the role.
