Interim HR BP - Tech population - 4M FTC - London 4 days per week in office/ 1 day from home

You will join a leading technology brand.
Operating as a HR BP for a tech population, you will act as a business partner to your stakeholders predominantly within the tech client group as well as working with the centres of excellence as required. You will deliver change and transformation projects including organisation design as well as deliver annual cyclical people initiatives including performance management, talent management and compensation reviews.
CIPD qualified, you will have proven experience of working as an HR BP where you have partnered with a CTO within an agile technology or highly acquisitive business. You will be able to demonstrate taking businesses through change as well as managing restructures and will be quick to influence and engage at a senior level. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to a 4 month FTC in London, working 4 days per week in the office and 1 day from home. For the right person this could become a longer term/permanent role.
