An international bank based in London.

In this HR Assistant role, you will work as part of a small team and be responsible for recruitment including interviewing, inputting and checking payroll, maintaining the HR database, starters, leavers, managing probation and acting as first point of contact for employee queries.

CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have experience of working as an HR Assistant for a financial services or professional services business where you will be able to demonstrate your generalist HR experience including being first point of contact for queries, inputting and checking payroll and recruitment. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to a 6 month contract working from the London office 5 days per week in the first month and then moving to hybrid 4 days per week there after. For the right person this could be extended well past 6 months.
