Your new company

I am currently partnered with an SME organisation to recruit an interim HR Advisor. My client has just gone through a period of transition and is now looking to bring in an HR generalist at advisory level. This is an urgent hire, we are looking to start within a few weeks.

Your new role

This is a generalist HR role. You will be supporting with Recruitment, L&D, Onboarding, Payroll and some ER matters.

Key responsibilities
  • Support recruitment efforts, from posting jobs to interviewing and managing offers
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires
  • Manage low complexity ER cases before they need to be escalated
  • Supporting line managers with People matters
  • Monthly payroll prep and liaising with the payroll provider
  • Manage pre-employment compliance and occupational health referrals
  • HR policy review and updates

What you'll need to succeed

My client is looking for a proven HR professional (ideally at advisor level) who has worked within SME environments. You will be a self-starter and ideally have or be working toward your CIPD.

What you'll get in return

Hybrid working. Part time arrangements to be considered.

£35,000 - £40,000 as a day rate
