Your new role
As HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support across the full employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing recruitment campaigns and onboarding processes
- Supporting employee relations, including absence management, probation reviews, and exit interviews
- Coordinating payroll and benefits administration
- Driving performance management and wellbeing initiatives
- Supporting training logistics and learning & development activities
- Maintaining accurate HR systems and records in line with GDPR
- Deputising for the Head of HR when required
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist who can deliver in an independent manner across HR operations and employee relations
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
