Your new role
You will be the face of the landlord, overseeing tenancy management across a designated area in Oxfordshire. You will coordinate all aspects of tenancy management within your area, ensuring compliance with legislation, regulation, and also best practice. This is a highly visible role requiring the management of complex cases, you will drive forward service improvements, and build strong partnerships with external agencies.

In return, you will receive an initial interim contract with up to three months in duration. An hourly rate is available for this role, which will be paid + mileage on a weekly basis, for the duration of your contract period.

What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience working in a housing management role.
- Excellent knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation including the social housing regulation act.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage both complex and sensitive cases.
