Interim Head of Repairs Opportunity - Southwest

Your new role

You will lead on strategic and operational delivery of responsive repairs, voids, and maintenance services. You'll oversee large, multidisciplinary teams and ensure that services are efficient, customer-centred, and compliant with regulatory and safety standards. This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll drive service improvements, modernise processes, end embed a culture of high performance and accountability.


What you'll need to succeed

  • A strong track record of leading repairs, maintenance, or asset-related services within housing and maintenance.
  • Proven experience managing large teams and complex budgets.
  • Excellent knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder skills.
