In this 6 month interim role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the companies strategy towards Industrial Relations, Employee Relations and Policy.
Line managing the Policy and ER casework teams, you will also be responsible for managing escalated complex ER casework as well as negotiating with and building relationships with the Trade Unions.
You will be the subject matter expert for all ER, IR and Policy matters.

CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have a track record of leading high performing ER and IR teams within a complex matrix unionised business, ideally within the Telco sector/Unions.
An IR subject matter expert who can evidence building strong union relationships - You will be able to evidence designing and implementing effective ER and case management solutions as well as in depth knowledge of current UK ER legislation.
You will have a consultative style and be quick to influence and engage at a senior level.
It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to working for a 6 month duration in a hybrid manner from the London office.
