Are you a qualified accountant with a passion for financial planning and analysis? We’re looking for a skilled FP&A professional to join a dynamic team on a temporary basis to support the delivery of the annual budget and long-term financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CFO to prepare and present the annual budget and long-term financial plan.
- Conduct financial modelling and scenario planning across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Analyse budget movements and provide clear, insightful explanations.
- Develop compelling presentations for Board-level budget approval.
- Work cross-functionally with departments such as sales and operations to align financial plans with business goals.
Experience & Skills
- UK-qualified accountant with extensive FP&A experience.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability in financial presentations.
- Commercial awareness and cross-functional collaboration experience.
