Interim Financial Modeller - Norwich

About the Role
We're recruiting an Interim Financial Modeller (initial 2–3 month contract) for a business based in Norwich. This is a hands-on role requiring advanced financial modelling expertise and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and external advisors. You’ll be supporting the Interim Finance Director on a number of strategic projects and will be required to be in the Norwich office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build multi-entity operational models and develop robust forecasting models
  • Integrate actuals, covenant reporting, and forward compliance into financial models
  • Support strategic scenario planning and maintain model integrity across multiple options
  • Liaise with external advisors to manage reviews of assumptions, drivers, and outputs
  • Forecast cash requirements and funding flows for capital and vehicle purchases
  • Prepare VAT returns and support the annual budgeting process
  • Collaborate with the wider finance team and contribute to ad-hoc reporting as needed

    About You:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 5+ years PQE
  • Proven experience in financial modelling and forecasting
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to build models that drive insight and decision-making
  • Comfortable working independently and engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Available immediately and able to work on-site in Norwich
