Your new role

As a Financial Accountant, you will work alongside the FM and FC and provide ad-hoc support on day-to-day tasks. Some key responsibilities include:

• Support on VAT returns
• Statutory audit and balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements and external reporting
• Support the FC in delivering all accounting responsibilities for the legal entity
• Reporting standards: IFRS and UKGAAP

What you'll need to succeed

• Fully qualified accountant

• Experience within the rail industry is advantageous but not essential

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills
