• Manage day-to-day AP/AR processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to support credit control and resolve outstanding debts.
• Prepare monthly commission data to support payroll processing.

• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts including P&L, cashflow, and balance sheet.
• Support weekly cash flow forecasting and VAT return preparation.
• Systems & Process Improvement
• Use Xero to manage financial data and reporting.

• Part-qualified or qualified by experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in AP/AR and financial reporting.
• Experience with Xero is highly desirable.
• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently.
