Finance Process Improvement Specialist

Location: Hampshire (with UK&I site support)

We’re looking for a Finance Process Improvement Specialist for up to a two-year period to support our client's UK & Ireland operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact by improving processes, supporting financial consolidation, and driving system rollouts across multiple sites.

Your New Role

Review, challenge, and enhance financial processes and controls across UK&I sites.
Support entity consolidation and monthly/forecast data loading into OneStream.
Assist senior finance leaders with ad hoc projects.
Drive the rollout of new payroll and expense systems across the UK&I market.
Improve delegation of authority and approval processes.
Support month-end, year-end, and annual budget processes.
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistency.

What you'll need to succeed

Strong finance or accounting background with process improvement experience.
Knowledge of financial systems (OneStream experience is a plus).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage projects and collaborate across multiple sites.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
