Interim Estates Surveyor - Immediate opportunity available to work on a hybrid basis - £350 per day
Your new company
As an experienced, professional surveyor, you will join an established and award-winning public sector employer who is responsible for the management, maintenance, development and regeneration of a diverse cross-section of operationally used commercial assets.
Your new role
As a commercial property specialist and surveyor, you will join a corporate asset team who are responsible for the management and development of a diverse operational property portfolio, as well as an investment portfolio. You will undertake landlord and tenant negotiations to include rent reviews and lease renewals, as well as looking at licencing and other property management matters as required.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position, you should have a relevant qualification for property, estates, or similar. In addition, some experience within the general practice surveying sector will be important, mainly across landlord & tenant negotiations.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an initial contract position which carries longer term potential, which could result in either an extension or a permanent transfer. You'll be paid a daily rate on a PAYE basis, every week, for the duration of your contract with our client.
