An opportunity has arisen for a part time ER Lead to support a business going through change over the next 6 weeks. Working for 15 hours a week split across 4 days, you will be responsible for the end to end management of ER casework from collating information, witness statements etc through to preparing a complete report to the business.

The successful candidate will have a proven background of managing complex ER casework within an EMEA commercial business. Experience of supporting redundancies and restructures would be an advantage. You will be required to demonstrate autonomy in owning ER casework as well as the ability to follow a process and understand policies. This role will be largely remote but will require you to come to the office for hearing meetings etc. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately and can commit to the next 6 week duration.
