Interim Damp & Mould Surveyor – 6 Months+

Do you have damp and mould expertise within a residential setting? - If so, an initial contract opportunity is available working for a provider of affordable housing based in the Oxfordshire region. You will be joining a forward-thinking RP who are committed to providing safe, healthy homes for all residents. Currently embracing and enhancing a new approach to managing Awaab's Law compliance, your new company is investing in improved process, policy, and responsiveness.
Your new role
As an Interim Damp & Mould Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting in this role for an initial 6-9 months. Your responsibilities will include conducting damp and mould inspections, diagnosing issues preparing technical reports, and ensuring a timely resolution for hazards. You will work closely with a contractor to ensure that all remediation works are completed of the highest of standards, whilst managing administration processes in relation to the required works.

What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in damp and mould surveying within a residential setting.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation, including Awaab's Law and associated compliance.
- Ability to produce clear technical reports.
- Excellent communication skills.
