A senior level interim position supporting our client through a period of cultural transformation

Your new company
Our client is going through a period of cultural transformation across their workforce of over 500 people across the UK. A senior interim HR professional is required to work with the Director of People and Head of HR and take ownership of the project plans and delivery metrics over the next 6+ months. This role requires a subject-matter expert on culture change and the ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in helping 'traditional' organisations transform their ways of working and thinking in a more commercial and innovative way.

Your new role
You will own the project plan for the transformation and will create tangible measures of success and progress that can be used to monitor organisational progress. This role will start by engaging with senior stakeholders involved to understand the now, the challenges, and direction of travel. You will utilise your knowledge of change methodology and tools to create a bespoke plan for the organisation, but it's important that this is the outcome of collaboration across the business areas. You will also work with the wider HR function, including HR Business Partners, who will support you in enabling the changes in their client groups, and your peers in Finance, Communications and Operations, who will also be supporting the wider organisational programme.

What you'll need to succeed
This is a hands-on role that requires a 'do-er' who can get stuck in and help the business push forward with its ambitions to change the ways in which they work. You will regularly present and update exec-level stakeholders on organisational progress, so it's crucial that you are a confident and engaging communicator. It's essential you have delivered similar programmes in a unionised environment.
