We are currently working with a business in the UK recruitment sector, who promotes excellence and supports businesses in achieving success.

Your new role

The role will support the Chief Executive in:

  • Partnering with the executive team to grow revenue, manage costs, and ensure profitability that supports reinvestment and long-term goals
  • Collaborate With leadership to enhance business performance
  • Overseeing the revenue and cost control
  • Provide leadership across differing functions (HR, IT, Legal)

What you'll need to succeed

  • ACA or ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
  • Experience working within a recruitment business
  • A forward-thinking approach
  • Dedication to integrity, people, and ethical standards
  • Proven leadership track record
  • Immediate Availability
