Are you a highly skilled and adaptable communications professional who is available immediately and seeking a new challenge? We’re looking for an Interim Communications Manager to join a fast-growing, purpose-led organisation based in Lincoln. This is a rare opportunity to make an immediate and visible impact by taking on a key operational role within a newly formed business.

As the sole communications specialist during this initial phase, the role will be very hands-on. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content for the website and social media channels (LinkedIn and Facebook), connecting with diverse audiences, and turning complex ideas into clear, compelling messages. You’ll also handle all media enquiries, produce impactful press releases and develop communications strategies for high-profile events, working closely with events and operations teams.

We’re looking for a confident, proactive communicator with proven experience in communications, public relations, and content creation. Strong creative writing skills, familiarity with CMS platforms, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success.

This is a full-time role based on site in Lincoln, five days a week, with an immediate start.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in this business, the post is initially for 4–6 months, with the opportunity to apply for a permanent, more strategically focused position as the team expands.
