Your new company

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Manager to join our team and lead the commercial function across a range of construction projects. This is a pivotal role, responsible for ensuring the financial success and contractual integrity of our operations.

Your new role

Lead commercial strategy and delivery across multiple construction projects.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and contract negotiations.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and risk management procedures.
Provide commercial insight and support to project teams and senior stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes and systems.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in a commercial management role within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction contracts (e.g., NEC, JCT).
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Professional qualification preferred: MRICS or MCIOB.
A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is desirable.
Ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
