Your new role :

The role will support the Chief Executive in:

• Partnering with the executive team to grow revenue, manage costs, and ensure profitability that supports reinvestment and long-term goals
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance business performance
• Overseeing the revenue and cost control
• Provide leadership across differing functions (HR, IT, Legal)

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA qualification or ACCA/CIMA or equivalent

• Experience in a recruitment business

• Forward-thinking approach

• Dedication to Integrity, people, and ethical standards

• Proven leadership track record

• Immediate Availability
