Your new role

The Finance Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day tasks in the financial department in a broad and busy role.

  • Supplier statement and bank reconciliations
  • Receiving and recording invoices from suppliers
  • Allocating and producing PO's
  • Allocating payments
  • Managing employee expenses
  • Aged debtor reporting
  • Resolving queries from key stakeholders and clients


What you'll need to succeed

  • Knowledge of the Xero and MS Dynamics would be advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills and experience analysing financial results, trends, financial KPIs and financial ratios.
  • Proactive attitude, high attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and an ability to work and interact with all levels of personnel in the company.
