Interim Accounts Administrator

Your new company

We are representing a UK-based SME manufacturing organisation in precision measurement and metrology solutions, supporting manufacturers in the aerospace, medical, and automotive sectors. You’ll join the Finance team as an Accounts Administrator, reporting to the Finance Director. The role involves managing accounts payable and receivable processes, reconciling statements, chasing payments, and supporting with general administration such as bank reconciliations, order processing, and arranging shipments.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable
  • Strong Excel skills (basic formulas and formatting)
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Confident communication with suppliers and customers
  • Flexibility to support wider admin tasks
