Your new company is a well established property and development company based in Cheshire and are seeking an experienced Interim Accountant to join their finance team to support them through Year End and a number of business critical projects.

Your new role

In your new role you'll be supporting the Financial Controller with adhoc projects whilst taking full ownership of the Financial and Management Accounts. You will have full control of the P&L whilst providing commercial support to Senior Stakeholders – finance and non-finance.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified (QBE will be also be considered) and have previous experience in a similar role. The client has stated that the ideal candidate will have experience within the property/construction industry. Further, due to the urgency of the role, you will need to be available to start within 2 weeks of the offer.
