As an Operations Technician, you’ll play a key role within our Operations team, managing premium collections, analysing credit exposures, and reconciling broker accounts. Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with Underwriting, Claims, and Finance to maintain strong financial controls and support strategic decision-making. You will be monitoring and managing outstanding premiums across Financial Lines, Casualty, and Property as well as liaising with brokers to ensure timely and accurate premium collection. Other duties reconcile premium transactions and perform bank reconciliation Track and manage aged debt across broker and client accounts as well as ensuring compliance with Lloyd’s and internal standards. You will prepare reports for the Operations Manager to provide functional oversight and collaborate with Underwriters and Brokers to resolve outstanding balances.

Within the Lloyd’s or wider insurance market. You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the insurance industry, ideally within Lloyd’s or the London market

You will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail, an analytical mindset with problem-solving ability and have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
