You will be advising both cedents and reinsurers on the full spectrum of issues arising under facultative and treaty reinsurance contracts. . Ideally you will have strong coverage expertise, particularly in reinsurance, arbitration, and dispute resolution. providing coverage advisory support, drafting and reviewing wordings, and managing contentious reinsurance and insurance disputes.
