Your new company

We’re looking for a hard‑working, detail‑driven Insurance Administrator to join our client's busy office team of 24 colleagues.

This is a permanent position, office‑based in Lutterworth, working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

The role involves commercial lines administration, including setting up New Business and Renewal cases, handling correspondence, and liaising with insurers as required. You’ll also be responsible for pursuing diarised issues and checking warranties, and special conditions relating to documents before despatch. Alongside insurance administration, you’ll complete a range of office duties depending on workload, including answering incoming calls and supporting colleagues with ad hoc tasks.

Your new role

  • Managing and controlling insurance documentation.
  • Checking documents for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Responding to enquiries from clients, brokers, and underwriters via phone, email, letter, or fax in a courteous and helpful manner.
  • Troubleshooting customer issues over the phone.
  • Updating client records in CRMS' and maintaining paper files where necessary.
  • Supporting colleagues across the office with ad hoc admin tasks.
  • Ensuring processes meet company and regulatory standards.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ideally, experience as an insurance administrator or similar field.
  • Administration experience
  • Passion for excellence in treating and caring for customers.
  • Strong decision‑making and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A proactive, team‑focused attitude.
