Your new role

• Raising job folders, keeping installation files for all jobs up to date
• Raising jobs and entering pricing
• Raise PO's against jobs
• Check supplier invoice pricing against raised PO's
• Entering commissioning sheets, send to customers
• Recording FGAS – Experience would be preferred
• Booking training courses for Engineers, making sure certificates/licences don’t expire
• Booking accommodation for Engineers when appropriate
• Answering incoming calls
• Ad hoc admin
