Join one of the UK’s largest transformation programmes and help shape the future. We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Insights and Reporting Lead to join our dynamic programme team. This role is pivotal in delivering high-impact reporting, actionable insights, and compelling storytelling across a complex stakeholder landscape. Your new role


  • Lead the development of qualitative and quantitative insights, sentiment tracking, and strategic reporting across all engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with Change and Communications leads to ensure stakeholder mapping and data inform impactful interventions.
  • Establish a robust reporting baseline and evolve our insights landscape to track behavioural change and delivery milestones.
  • Produce timely, visually engaging reports that drive decision-making and transformation success.
  • Recommend actionable conclusions from data and support continuous improvement across the programme.


What you'll need to succeed


  • Proven experience in insights, reporting, and stakeholder engagement within complex programmes.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for turning data into meaningful stories.
  • Confidence in communicating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with excellent planning and prioritisation skills.
