Our client, the UK's leading Same Day Delivery Network, are looking to recruit a personable, articulate candidate to join their brand new Inside Sales department on a permanent basis. Working in a fun, sociable office and with plenty of scope to grow/progress within the business, this is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate!

Our client have been established for 25 years, and specialise in Same Day Courier / Contract Logistics services. They operate a 24/7/365 service and boast close to 30 service centres across the UK to ensure an incredible local customer service. Due to their sustained success/growth, they are actively looking to recruit the perfect candidate to help develop further business in a brand new role. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Making outbound calls to B2B clients (primarily SME's), developing new business
- Generating conversations(s)/business with old/lapsed clients (re-engaging to drive future spend)
- Supporting a senior Business Development team by generating meetings/appointments
- Driving increased spend with existing customers through cross/selling/up-selling company solutions
- Generating business via phone/email/socials
- Working closely with local operational teams to support with customer queries (ensuring an exceptional service is offered to all)

In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Experience of liaising with external customers over the phone/email
- Articulate, confident telephone manner
- Natural ability to build rapport with others
- Fantastic listening skills / ability to pick up/identify potential customer pain points
- Fun, sociable personality

*No sales experience is required for the position, however any candidates with prior sales experience are urged to apply!*

In addition to a very competitive basic salary, our client are also offering the following:

- Uncapped commission structure (realistic Year One OTE: £5,000 - £7,000)
- Great Central London location (very fun, sociable office!)
- Fantastic working hours (Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm)
