Our client is a well-regarded claimant firm in Liverpool who are recruiting for an Inquests Team Leader / Senior Lawyer to join on a hybrid basis. The office is based in Liverpool city centre and is easily accessible through public transport.
Your new role
This Inquests Team Leader / Senior Lawyer position will see you:
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with a minimum of 4 years PQE. Previous experience in inquests and/or civil liberties is essential. Management experience is beneficial. You must have excellent communication and business development skills to help build/maintain client relationships.

This Inquests Team Leader / Senior Lawyer position will see you:
- Handle your own caseload of post-inquest civil claims and Actions Against the Police matters.
- Supervise lawyers and paralegals in the team, offering support and development.
- Attend departmental meetings to highlight areas of improvement for services and processes.
- Responsible for billing targets
- Draft press releases and articles to share clients' stories.
