Infrastructure engineer | Remote or 1 day a week on site | £55,000 - £60,000 + Great benefits

Your new company

This is an opportunity to join a well-established and evolving organisation with a strong presence across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The business is undergoing significant investment in its IT infrastructure to support continued growth and transformation. You’ll be part of a technically skilled and internationally diverse team that values initiative, adaptability and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Your new role

This is a role where you’ll be trusted to deliver without being micromanaged. As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll take ownership of designing and deploying enterprise-grade systems across a complex international environment.

You’ll report to the Infrastructure Manager and work mostly remotely, with just one day a week in the office for team collaboration. Hands-on experience with Azure is essential, and VMware with service migration exposure would be a real advantage. There are several exciting infrastructure projects coming up in Switzerland and France, offering great international exposure.

What you'll need to succeed

  • At least 5 years experience in IT Infrastructure.
  • Strong hands-on skills with Azure, VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, GPO, and PowerShell.
  • Calm and effective troubleshooting under pressure.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical setups.

What you'll get in return

You’ll be rewarded with a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package including:
  • 25 days annual leave (plus the option to buy up to 5 additional days)
  • Life insurance
  • Cycle to Work scheme
  • Subsidised gym membership
  • Access to health and wellbeing apps
  • Employee discounts
  • A flexible, hybrid working culture that supports work-life balance
