Hays has partnered exclusively with a London-based health and wellness brand specialising in supplements designed to support skin, hair, joint health, and overall vitality. The brand was born out of the founder's personal mission to create a supplement that was effective, great-tasting, and affordable. Since launch, the company has grown rapidly, helping over 20,000 women in its first year and positioning itself as one of the UK’s fastest-growing brands of its kind. Its products are manufactured locally in the UK and marketed primarily through its website, which sees over 180,000 monthly visits.
Your new role
As Influencer Marketing Manager, you will lead the end-to-end execution of paid influencer campaigns, with a particular focus on engaging women aged 35 and above. You’ll be responsible for expanding monthly creator partnerships, especially across Instagram, while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and ensuring contracts are negotiated and executed efficiently. A core part of your role will involve scaling whitelisting efforts and building robust user-generated content (UGC) programs. You’ll collaborate closely with the creative team to identify high-performing content suitable for paid social channels, particularly Meta platforms. Additionally, you’ll manage permissions and optimise influencer-generated assets for advertising, while maintaining a well-organised library of reusable content. You’ll also take ownership of performance analysis and reporting. This includes developing reporting frameworks, setting KPIs, and analysing campaign ROI to inform strategic adjustments.
What you'll need to succeed
- 2+ years of influencer marketing experience in agency or DTC wellness/health/supplement brands
- Proven success with Instagram campaigns and paid content integration
- Strong analytical skills and experience managing multiple campaigns
- Contract negotiation and creator relationship management
- Understanding of the 40+ female demographic and wellness space
What you'll get in return
Yu’ll be joining a high-growth wellness brand that’s redefining the supplement space. They offer a fast-paced, high-trust environment where your ideas and ownership truly matter. You’ll have the autonomy to shape campaigns, drive innovation, and make a real impact from day one. You’ll be part of a passionate, mission-driven team that values excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth. In addition to competitive compensation, you’ll benefit from flexible working arrangements, access to premium wellness products, and the chance to work with some of the most creative minds in the industry.
