Their Community Domestic Abuse Support Service operates across Sandwell, Dudley, and Walsall, offering tailored, high-impact support to those at high risk of harm.

Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

• IDVA qualification and/or experience of managing a case load of supporting vulnerable people.
• Minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Health and Social Care).
• Experience managing complex casework and safeguarding concerns.
• Strong knowledge of domestic abuse indicators, risk assessment, and safety planning.
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills, especially with vulnerable groups.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multi-agency settings.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
