Independent Domestic Violence Advisor - Dudley - up to £27,751 per annum – Full Time & Permanent

We’re working with a well-established charity that provides specialist support services to victims and survivors of abuse across the Black Country. This organisation is known for its trauma-informed, holistic approach and its commitment to empowering individuals affected by domestic violence. Their Community Domestic Abuse Support Service operates across Sandwell, Dudley, and Walsall, offering tailored, high-impact support to those at high risk of harm.
Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
- IDVA qualification and/or experience of managing a case load of supporting vulnerable people.
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Health and Social Care).
- Experience managing complex casework and safeguarding concerns.
- Strong knowledge of domestic abuse indicators, risk assessment, and safety planning.
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills, especially with vulnerable groups.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multi-agency settings.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
