    This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join our diverse and forward-thinking Inclusion Department at our school. Based primarily within the Focus Centre, you will step into the vital role of Inclusion Mentor, key-working with students and delivering tailored support across the school. Working alongside a highly skilled team, you will benefit from regular professional development and training. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in managing group dynamics, delivering individual interventions, and coordinating personalised student programmes.

    In March 2024 Ofsted said that ‘Leaders support staff well. They are mindful of their workload. Staff feel motivated and valued. They are grateful for the encouragement they receive and feel that it is helping them improve.’
