IN-HOUSE Paralegal job in the Merseyside area - great opportunity to develop your commercial experience
Your new company
This global company, with a UK head office based in the North West, is easily commutable from Liverpool, Chester, Wrexham, Wirral, Ellesmere Port, or Flintshire. A vacancy has arisen in the legal team, working under the supervision of the Head of Legal, for an in-house paralegal or newly qualified solicitor.
Your new role
You will have excellent exposure to a range of work from responding to general in-house legal queries, mainly around commercial contracts and you'll be responsible for drafting bespoke agreements. You will be responsible for keeping up to date with industry regulations in order to remain compliant and provide accurate advice to the group as well as gaining exposure to international work and providing legal support on corporate matters.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have commercial contracts experience, either from private practice or in-house, with a good attitude towards learning and developing your legal knowledge. You will also need to have excellent relationship building skills as you will be engaging with the business, external customers and industry bodies. This role could suit ambitious LPC graduates/students or SQE trainees who have studied any of the commercial electives looking to expand on their paralegal experience.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a competitive salary depending on experience, plus an attractive benefits package including bonus and free parking.
