Your new role

This in-house commercial lawyer role will see you join a good sized team in Manchester. You will advise on a range of commercial contracts, technology contracts, and data protection matters. You will also advise on the licensing of technology and services and will gain exposure to corporate governance matters. Working within a supportive legal team, you will have the opportunity to run your own matters and to assist colleagues on a range of larger projects.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a commercial lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 3 years' pqe. Ideally, you will have gained exposure to technology agreements, IP agreements and data protection. With well rounded technical skills, you should be a capable team player who can work well within a team.
