A manufacturing company based in Basingstoke with offices across the UK &I seeking a QHSE, IMS Systems and ISO Audit specialist to manage the IMS systems and oversee the audits and maintain standards across the Group.

The role is ideally based in the Basingstoke office, but other locations across the UK could be considered.
Initially, the role will be working 5 days a week in the office, but after 6 months a hybrid working arrangement is available with 3 days a week in the office and 2 days working from home.

A manufacturing company based in Basingstoke with offices across the UK &I seeking a QHSE, IMS Systems and ISO Audit specialist to manage the IMS systems and oversee the audits and maintain standards across the Group.
Your new role
- Your role will support continuous improvement of the IMS performance synergies to ensure an efficient, safe, healthy and environmentally responsible workplace.
- You will escalate any issues with ISO system performance to the appropriate management and develop resolution action plans where required.
- Ensuring scheduled IMS systems reviews are undertaken with respective senior leadership teams and actively support staff to maintain and improve
- Advising the business around external stakeholder engagement (Accreditation schemes, warrants, statutory reporting etc).
- Actively supporting both the analysis and effective close-out of customer satisfaction monitoring.
- Undertaking regular horizon scanning to guide the business on the appropriate scope and development of the respective IMS and manage migration to the latest versions of ISO standards when updates are released.
- Leading the development of internal IT information systems such as SharePoint for all respective product brands.
- You will monitor the internal audit programme and have regular scheduled visits to all relevant company sites to ensure appropriate IMS expectations are understood and complied with, engaging with all relevant personnel to gain a balanced evaluation of QHSE effectiveness.
- You will ideally hold a formal Lead Auditor qualification in ISO standards (9001, 45001,14001).
- You will have excellent communication skills and be used to liaising with all levels of personnel.
- You will ideally have some Project Management experience.
- You will be happy with travelling to sites in the UK & Ireland – approximately one day a week, but potentially during busy Audit periods, this could be 5 days a week.
