Teaching Assistant – 1:1 Support (ADHD) – Primary School in Somerset

Your new company

A supportive and inclusive primary school in Somerset is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team. The school is known for its nurturing environment and commitment to helping every child reach their full potential.


Your new role

You’ll be working full-time to provide 1:1 support for a bright and energetic Year 6 pupil with ADHD. The pupil is highly intelligent but requires help with emotional regulation and managing impulsive behaviours. Your role will involve supporting him throughout the school day, helping with structured breaks, and encouraging positive engagement in learning.
Start Date: Wednesday, 3rd September
⏳ Duration: 6 weeks
Hours: Full-time (school hours)

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
